They will explain our services and ask you a few questions in order for us to give you an estimte over the phone. If you are happy with our estimate we will book an appointment for you. Our appointments are in 2 hour windows so that you know our team will arrive within that 2 hour slot. We will ring you on the day approximately 30 mins prior to arrival so you know exactly when we will be there.

Before we set to work on your junk, you will be given a full explanation of our charges and a no obligation estimate of how much it will cost for our team to clear, load and dispose of your junk. Only when you are completely happy will we proceed with the job

When all of your junk is loaded onto our truck, we will sweep the site clear and even vacuum if required. We guarantee that all junk is properly disposed of and keep records to support this. A member of our support team will phone or email you shortly after your clearance to ensure your complete satisfaction.
